Withdrawal form

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Using this form is not compulsory. Any unequivocal statement telling us you have decided to withdraw is enough — an email to hello@essera.md with your order number carries exactly the same legal weight. The form exists because the law requires us to make it available to you.

Before you send it

The condition the items must come back in — hygiene seal intact, tag attached, unworn and unwashed — is set out on the Shipping & Returns page. Faulty items are not covered by this regime: for those you have separate and wider rights, independent of the 14 days.
