1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website essera.md and purchases made through it. The website is operated by S.R.L. "Excelmova" (IDNO: 1023600065995), registered in Ialoveni, Costești, Republic of Moldova, under the brand "essera". By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
2. Products and Pricing
• All prices are displayed in Moldovan Lei (MDL) and include VAT • We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice • The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of placing the order • Product images are for illustrative purposes; colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings • Product availability is subject to existing stock
3. Orders
• An order is considered confirmed after you receive the confirmation email • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud • Stock is reserved for 20 minutes from the moment of adding to cart • There is no minimum order requirement
4. Payment
Accepted payment methods: • Online bank card (Visa, Mastercard) — payments are processed securely by maib, on the bank's own payment page. essera does not store or have access to your card details. • Cash on delivery — payment is made to the courier upon receipt of the package All prices are shown in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include VAT. The amount is charged when the payment is confirmed. Refunds are issued to the same card used for payment.
5. Delivery
• We deliver exclusively within the Republic of Moldova • Delivery costs vary depending on the delivery zone • Estimated delivery time: 1 working day for Chișinău city, 1–2 working days for the Chișinău outskirts, 2–4 working days for the rest of the country • essera is not responsible for delays caused by external circumstances
6. Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the item, without giving a reason and without penalty. The period runs from when you receive the parcel, not from when you place the order. On withdrawal we refund the full amount you paid, including the standard delivery charge. If you would rather, we can exchange the item for another size or style instead of refunding you, subject to available stock — the choice is yours. Conditions: • The item is unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received it • The tag and original packaging are intact • The protective hygiene seal has not been removed. Every piece is delivered sealed with a hygiene strip; once it has been removed the item can no longer be returned or exchanged, for reasons of health protection and hygiene • You may try the item on, exactly as you would in a shop — trying it on does not affect your right of withdrawal • Return postage is at your expense Faulty or incorrectly delivered items: If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, your rights are wider: we cover every return cost and you choose between a replacement and a full refund. These rights are independent of the 14-day period, are not limited by the hygiene seal, and cannot be restricted by these terms. Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days of our receiving the returned item at the latest — to the card used for payment, or by bank transfer if you paid cash on delivery. To withdraw, write to hello@essera.md with your order number. Any clear statement will do; no particular form is required. If you would rather use a form, the model is at essera.md/withdrawal.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of S.R.L. "Excelmova" or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
• essera does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website • We are not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website • Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
